Nightmare helps by removing the cap from the campaign, meaning that if their stats are high enough to get their chance to find GP over 100% each pet can find more than 1 GP per run (before accounting for FSM doubling it).Otter and Chocobear both have a decent bonus for the growth campaign. Robot has always been a good choice for that as well. The initial amount of growth that each of them starts with might sway your decision more towards Otter as the top choice, then Robot next, and then Chocobear last.
