Here's mine with 158 cycles using 20 pieces:difference seems to have been that I only used a single sync, to keep the molecule carrying Waldo in place while the other issued all the necessary bind operations. Also, I rearranged my binders to be more convenient (not sure if you're aware you could do that, a lot of people aren't).You just might be able to optimize this into a sync free solution, with enough time.
